跟骨关节内骨折手术治疗与保守治疗的系统评价

摘要

目的：探究手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院接受手术治疗的64例跟骨关节内骨折患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各32例，观察组患者采用外侧切口切开复位跟骨解剖型钢板内固定手术方法进行治疗；对照组实施石膏外固定术保守治疗。结果64例患者均顺利完成治疗，观察组优良率高达71.88%；对照组优良率为62.5%，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。讨论对有移位的跟骨关节内骨折进行手术切开复位加钢板内固定的治疗效果显著。%Objective To explore the clinical efifcacy of surgical treatment in the intraarticular calcaneal fractures.Methods 64 cases of patients with intraarticular calcaneal fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Results 64 cases of patients were successfully completed treatment, the observation group was as high as 71.88%. The control group was 62.5%, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion For surgery intraarticular calcaneal fractures with displacement and steel plate internal ifxation (orif) effect is signiifcant.
