光导纤维蓝光毯治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的护理观察

摘要

Objectivenursing problems of optical fiber BL blanket for therapeutic in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 59 case of pediatric patients were randomly divided into two groups, used the optical ifber BL blanket to phototherapy in the observation group, used the photo-therapy warmer to phototherapy in the control group. Results There was statistical signiifcance at effect comparison treatmen and the occurrence of adverse side effects between the two groups. ConclusionUsing optical ifber BL blanket for therapeutic in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia, the illumination time is short and has less side effects.%目的：观察应用光导纤维蓝光毯治疗新生儿高胆红素血症中的护理问题。方法选择59例患儿，随机分为两组，实验组采用光导纤维蓝光毯进行光疗，对照组采用单面蓝光箱照射治疗。结果两组在疗效观察及副作用发生率方面比较均有统计学意义。结论光导纤维蓝光毯治疗新生儿高胆红素血症所需光照时间短，起效快，护理方便且副作用少，患者依从性高。
