华法林治疗脑梗死合并房颤患者的临床效果及安全性分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effcacy and safety of warfarin in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction with atrial ifbrillation. Methods The cerebral infarction with atrial ifbrillation in patients with 78 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 39 cases in each group, the observation group received warfarin therapy, the control group using aspirin treatment, the treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results The PT (prothrombin time), INR (international normalized ratio), adverse reaction rate and incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion It is effective and safe in the treatment of cerebral infarction with atrial ifbrillation.%目的：分析华法林治疗脑梗死合并房颤患者的临床效果及安全性。方法选取脑梗死合并房颤患者78例随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各39例，观察组予以华法林治疗，对照组使用阿司匹林治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的凝血酶原时间（PT）、血浆凝血酶原国际标准化比值（INR）、不良反应发生率及心血管事件的发生率均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论华法林治疗脑梗死合并房颤患者效果好，安全性高。
