目的：探讨母婴床旁护理模式在产科护理中的应用价值。方法选择我院2014年7月～2016年7月收治的产妇149例作为本次实验对比观察对象；观察组73例以及对照组76例患者分组依据为选择不同的产科护理模式；观察组：母婴床旁护理模式；对照组：传统护理模式；通过对比保健知识的掌握情况等，以突出母婴床旁护理模式的临床应用价值。结果在保健知识掌握方面，观察组产妇同对照组产妇对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于产妇在开展产科护理工作过程中，有效选择母婴床旁护理模式，最终可以将产妇对于相关保健知识的掌握程度显著提高，对母婴安全做出有效保证。%Objective Maternal and infant bed care model in the application of obstetric care value. Methods Choose from July 2014 to July 2016, 149 cases of maternal as this experiment contrast observation object. The observation group of 73 cases and the control group in the 76 cases were grouped according to the choice of different obstetric care model. Results In terms of health care knowledge, the difference was statistically signiifcant between observation group and control group (P<0.05).Conclusion For women in the obstetric care work process, effective choose maternal and infant care model by the bed, ifnally can be for maternal health care knowledge of master degree increased signiifcantly, an effective guarantee for maternal and infant security.
