PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor uterus contraction accurately.SOLUTION: A uterus monitor device X comprises: a sensor part 10a for measuring weak vibration of a surface of an abdominal part caused by uterus contraction; and a signal processing part 23 for performing frequency analysis of an output signal of the sensor part 10a for acquiring a monitor result. The signal processing part 23 extracts a signal component belonging to a predetermined frequency band (3 Hz-20 Hz, for example) from the output signal of the sensor part 10a, for using it for frequency analysis. The sensor part 10a is an acceleration sensor (for example, a uniaxial acceleration sensor having sensitivity to a direction being vertical to the surface of the abdominal part) for measuring acceleration of the surface of the abdominal part. An obstetric monitor device 1 has the uterus monitor device X, as means for monitoring labor pain of a mother's body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
