目的：分析探讨舍曲林联合重复经颅磁刺激对脑梗死失语的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月～2016年1月我院收治的脑梗死失语症患者148例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各74例。观察组患者给予舍曲林联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗，对照组患者仅给予舍曲林治疗，对比两组患者经过汉语失语成套测验之后的总有效率和总显效率。结果观察组患者经过舍曲林联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗后的总有效率和总显效率分别为91.89%（68/74）和66.22%（49/74），而对照组的总有效率和总显效率分别为79.73%（59/74）和44.59%（33/74），两组数据对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论舍曲林联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑梗死失语患者的临床效果显著。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sertraline combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation on cerebral infarction aphasia. Methods 148 cases of patients with cerebral infarction aphasia admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 74 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with sertraline combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation. The patients in the control group were treated with sertraline only. The total effective rate and total effective rate after the Chinese aphasia test were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate and total effective rate were 91.89%(68/74) and 66.22%(49/74) respectively. The effective rates in the control group were 79.73%(59/74) and 44.59%(33/74) respectively. There was signiifcant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Sertraline combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of cerebral infarction aphasia in patients with clinical effect is signiifcant, has a good clinical value.
