血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果研究

摘要

目的：探讨急性脑梗死患者采取血栓通治疗的临床效果。方法选择急性脑梗死患者90例随机分组，对照组采取盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗，研究组则采取血栓通治疗，比较两组效果。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者NIHSS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论急性脑梗死患者采取血栓通治疗，疗效明显。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xueshuantong in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 90 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection. The study group was treated with Xueshuantong. Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the NIHSS scores between two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The treatment group was signiifcantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xueshuantong treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients, the effect is obvious.
