关节镜下治疗膝关节后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的护理策略分析

摘要

目的：分析关节镜下治疗膝关节后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的护理策略。方法选择2014年5月～2016年5月至我院就诊的膝关节后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折患者50例，进行关节镜下治疗，并采取综合性的护理策略，分析护理效果。结果护理前膝关节功能评分为（47.84±6.25）分，护理后评分为（91.23±6.54）分，P＜0.05。结论对骨折患者采取关节镜下膝关节后叉韧带重建术进行治疗并进行综合性的临床护理，有利于患肢功能的早日康复。%Objective To analyze under the arthroscope treatment after knee cruciate ligament avulsion fracture of tibial dead center nursing strategy. Methods From May 2014 to May 2016, 50 patients with tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament of knee joint were treated in our hospital, arthroscopic treatment, and adopt comprehensive nursing strategy, analysis of nursing effect. Results The score of knee function before nursing was (47.84 ± 6.25), nursing score was (91.23 ± 6.54), P<0.05. Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment of fracture patients with arthroscopic posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and comprehensive clinical care, conducive to the early rehabilitation of limb function.
