个体化人性护理在老年高血压患者并发症护理中的应用效果观察

Objective To analyze the effect of individual humanity nursing for complications in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods 120 cases of patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital were taken as research object, they were divided into research group and reference group through the computer random way and 60 cases in each group. Reference group was given conventional nursing intervention, the research group was given individual humanity nursing, the incidence of complications were observed in two groups.Results The incidences of arrhythmia, creatinine levels, and stroke in research group were lower than reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized humanity nursing is of high value in reducing complications in elderly hypertensive patients.%目的：分析个体化人性护理在老年高血压患者并发症护理中的应用效果。方法研究对象选取本院收治的120例高血压患者，通过电脑随机方式分为研究组和对照组各60例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预，研究组患者接受个体化人性护理，对两组患者的并发症发生率进行观察对比。结果研究组患者的心律失常、肌酐水平上升以及脑卒中发生率低于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论个体化人性护理在老年高血压患者并发症护理中具有较高的价值，减少并发症的发生。
