目的：探讨功能性鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效及预后的影响因素。方法选取90例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者，分为两组，均指定高年资专业临床医生（同一名）实施功能性鼻内镜手术治疗，回顾性分析其性别、鼻减充血剂长期应用、息肉、血浆嗜酸性粒细胞水平、哮喘病史等资料，对所得数据给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果研究组变应性鼻炎病史、哮喘病史、鼻减充血剂长期应用史、鼻息肉发生率、血浆嗜酸性粒细胞水平均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组术后随访依从性良好所占比例则低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论临床医生应准确掌握慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者经功能性鼻内镜手术治疗后可能对其疗效及预后造成影响的相关因素，术前准确评估患者实际病情及预后效果，有利于保障患者生活质量及身心健康。%Objective To explore the efficacy and prognostic factors of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic rhinosinusitis.
