TDP联合美宝湿润烧伤膏预防重症监护室腹泻患者肛周湿疹的效果

摘要

目的：观察TDP联合美宝湿润烧伤膏预防重症监护室腹泻患者肛周湿疹的效果。方法随机将50例重症监护室腹泻患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用TDP联合美宝湿润烧伤膏预防肛周湿疹，对照组用湿纸巾擦拭后再用温水清洗肛周。结果观察组肛周湿疹发生率为12%，对照组为56%，两组对比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 TDP联合美宝湿润烧伤膏可以预防肛周湿疹的发生。%Objective To observe the effect of TDP combined with Meibao on the prevention of diarrhea in patients with diarrhea in intensive care unit. Methods 50 cases of patients with diarrhea were divided into observation group and control group. Observation group using TDP combined with Meibao moist burn ointment to prevent anal eczema. Control group with wet towel after wiping with warm water to clean crissum.Results The incidence rate of anal eczema was 12% in the observation group, the control group was 56%. The difference was statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionTDP combined with Meibao ointment can prevent the occurrence of anal eczema.
