探讨柔性管理在结直肠癌手术患者护理中的效果

摘要

Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of flexible management in patients with colorectal cancer surgery.Methods According to the analysis of 90 cases of colorectal cancer patients from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, the control group was used for routine nursing, the observation group was used for the flexible management of nursing, comparative analysis of clinical nursing effect of two groups.Results In the observation group, patients with postoperative hospitalization was (10.06 ± 2.69) d, the average hospitalization cost was (10 902.65 ± 1 398.53). In the control group, the average hospitalization time (14.98 ± 3.25) d, the average cost of (14 963.88 ± 1 479.34). The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, the cost of observation group was lower than that of control group. The difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Treated with lfexible nursing management, the degree of satisfaction of patient was 100%.ConclusionFlexible management can reduce the patient's hospital stay, save the patient's hospitalization expenses, the clinical nursing satisfaction is higher, the effect is outstanding.%目的研究分析结直肠癌手术患者接受柔性管理的临床护理效果。方法选取我院2014年1月～2015年1月我收治的90例结直肠癌手术患者作为研究对象，将其分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用柔性管理护理，对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果观察组，术后平均住院（10.06±2.69）d，平均住院花费（10902.65±1398.53）元；对照组，平均住院时间（14.98±3.25）d，平均住院花费（14963.88±1479.34）元；观察组患者平均住院时间短于对照组，平均术后住院费用低于对照组，两组结果对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；采用柔性护理管理的方式，患者满意度为100%。结论柔性管理能够减少患者的住院时间，节约患者住院费用，临床中护理满意度较高，效果显著。
