口腔正畸结合修复治疗安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形的临床效果观察

摘要

目的：探索安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形采用口腔正畸联合修复治疗的效果。方法在我院2013年2月~2015年6月收治的安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者中随机抽取出120例为研究对象，根据治疗方法的不同分入到观察组和对照组中，对照组患者采用常规口腔修复治疗，观察组患者采用口腔正畸联合修复治疗，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者手术前、手术后的SNA、SNB角对比，差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05；而两组患者手术后的SNB角大于手术前，P＜0.05。观察组患者术后6个月的生活质量评分低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论在安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形治疗中采用口腔正畸联合修复治疗效果确切，能提高患者的生活质量，保障口腔健康。%Objective To explore the class II malocclusion by oral orthodontic treatment effect.Methods In class II malocclusion in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2015, were randomly selected patients with malocclusion in 120 cases as the research object, according to the different treatment methods divided into observation group and control group, the control group was treated with conventional dental treatment, the observation group were treated by oral orthodontic treatment, comparative analysis of two the treatment effect.Results The two groups of patients before and after surgery, SNA, SNB angle, the difference was not statistically signiifcant,P>0.05. The SNB angle of the two groups of patients after surgery was greater than before surgery,P<0.05. The quality of life in the observation group was lower than that of the control group 6 months after operation,P<0.05.Conclusion In class II malocclusion treated with oral orthodontic treatment can improve the quality of life of patients, oral health protection.
