改良的商环包皮环切术治疗小儿包皮过长或包茎的临床效果分析

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of pediatric prepuce or phimosis were treated by modified Shang ring circumcision treatment. Methods In accordance with the randomly selected 100 cases in our hospital pediatric prepuce or phimosis were randomly divided into research group (modified the Shang ring circumcision treatment, 50 cases) and control group (traditional manual cutting suture, 50 cases), comparativeanalysis of two kinds of surgical methods and the therapeutic effect.Results The study group was shorter than the control group (P<0.05). The time of operation, the amount of bleeding and operation time were shorter than that of the control group. The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the study group (14%) was lower than the control group (26%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of pediatric prepuce or phimosis modiifed Shang ring circumcision for the treatment of the good, and the operation is simple, is conducive to the rehabilitation of children with early postoperative complications, reduce the children.%目的：研究分析小儿包皮过长或包茎患儿采用改良商环包皮环切术治疗的临床效果。方法按照随机抽签法将我院收治的100例小儿包皮过长或包茎患儿随机分为研究组（采用改良的商环包皮环切术治疗，50例）和对照组（传统手工切割缝合法，50例），对比分析两种手术方式的治疗效果。结果研究组患儿手术切口愈合时间、术中出血量以及手术时间等情况均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组患儿术后相关并发症发生率（14%）相对于对照组（26%）偏低（P＜0.05）。结论小儿包皮过长或包茎采用改良的商环包皮环切术治疗的临床效果良好，而且操作较为简便，有利于患儿尽早康复，降低患儿术后并发症。
