微创颅内血肿清除术对高血压性基底节区脑出血的治疗效果观察

摘要

目的探究微创颅内血肿清除术对高血压性基底节区脑出血的治疗效果。方法选取来我院治疗的86例高血压性基底节区脑出血患者为研究对象，随机分为甲乙两组。给予甲组患者微创颅内血肿清除术治疗，给予乙组患者保守治疗。对比观察两组患者治疗效果。结果甲组患者治疗总体有效率（97.67%）高于乙组（83.72%）（P＜0.05），治疗后，甲组患者神经功能缺损程度评分及生活质量评分优于乙组（P＜0.05）。结论给予高血压性基底节区脑出血患者微创颅内血肿清除术治疗，能有效改善患者神经功能缺损程度及生活质量，提高治疗效果。%Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma on hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods 86 cases of hypertensive basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into two groups. After treatment, the group of patients with neurological deifcit scores and life quality scores were better than group B (P<0.05).Conclusion To treat patients with hypertensive basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal surgery, can effectively improve the degree of neurological impairment and quality of life, improve the treatment effect.
