超声造影增强模式中对延迟期不典型肝脏血管瘤的研究

摘要

目的：探讨超声造影增强模式中延迟期不典型肝血管瘤的增强模式，评价超声造影对肝血管瘤的诊断价值。方法应用超声造影剂Sonovue对120例肝血管瘤的患者进行超声造影检查，回顾性分析其中26例诊断为肝血管瘤的病灶在延迟期的特殊超声造影增强表现。结果26例肝血管瘤在超声造影延迟期呈无增强或低增强。结论超声造影增强模式中延迟期无增强或低增强是肝血管瘤的不典型表现，其强化形式由血管瘤的病理基础所决定，在诊断中需谨慎，必要时结合增强CT 或穿刺活检等其他检查以除外恶性。%Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma by contrast-enhanced ultrasound contrast enhancement mode in the delayed phase.Methods Ultrasound contrast agent Sonovue was used in 120 cases of patients with hepatic hemangioma, and 26 cases were diagnosed as hepatic hemangioma.Results 26 cases of hepatic hemangioma showed no enhancement or low enhancement in the delayed phase of contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Conclusion Contrast enhanced ultrasound delay mode without enhancement or low enhancement is atypical hepatic hemangiomas, the enhancement pattern is determined by the pathological basis of hemangioma, need to be cautious in the diagnosis, if necessary, a combination of CT and other examination or biopsy to exclude malignancy.
