加强病房巡视对住院老年患者呼叫器使用率及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the impact of increasing ward visits on the frequency of pager use and anxiety and depression of hospitalized elderly patients. Methods A total of 200 cases of patients hospitalized in various departments of Daqing People's Hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly selected and divided into an observation group (100 cases) and a control group (100 cases) according to the research needs. During the experiment, patients in the control group were provided with routine care, and patients in the observation group were paid more ward visits on the basis of routine care. Pager use during hospitalization and the condition of anxiety and depression of patients in both groups before and after care were observed.Results The call rate (45%) of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (75%), and the difference was statistically signiifcant. There was signiifcant difference between the scores before after different nursing intervention after SAS and SDS of two groups of patients with nursing intervention, observation group anxiety and depression improvement better than those in the control group, each group of data by statistical analysis of the differences were statistically signiifcant, P<0.05.Conclusion The increase of ward visits can lower pager use frequency, reduce noise in the department, help create a quiet environment for hospitalization, reduce anxiety and depression and promote nursing quality.%目的：探讨加强病房巡视对住院老年患者呼叫器使用率及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法随机选择2015年4月～2016年4月在大庆市人民医院多个科室住院的200例患者，将全部患者随机分为观察组（100例）和对照组（100例）。在实验中给予对照组患者常规护理措施，观察组在对照组的基础上加强病房巡视。观察两组患者在住院期间呼叫器使用情况和患者护理前后焦虑和抑郁状况。结果观察组的呼叫器使用率（45%）低于对照组（75%），差异具有统计学意义。两组患者经过不同的护理干预后SAS和SDS评分与护理干预之前相比差异有统计学意义，观察组焦虑和抑郁的改善程度优于对照组，各组数据经统计学分析差异均具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论加强病房巡视，可降低呼叫器的使用率，减少病区噪音，有利于营造安静的住院环境，能有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，促进了护理质量的提高。
