食管癌患者围手术期护理干预的效果分析

摘要

目的：对食管癌患者围手术期护理干预的效果进行分析。方法选取我院2015年4月～2016年4月收治的52例食管癌患者，将其按照随机数字表法均分为观察组与对照组，每组患者为26例。在两组患者的护理过程中均应用常规护理干预，观察组患者的护理过程中增加综合护理干预，将两组患者的护理效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论对食管癌患者围手术期加强护理干预可以提升护理效果，提升患者的生存质量。%Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention for patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 52 cases of esophageal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, each group had 26 cases. In the two groups of patients in the process of nursing care were applied conventional nursing intervention, the observation group of patients in the nursing process to increase the comprehensive nursing intervention, the two groups of patients with nursing effect analysis.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant,P<0.05.Conclusion Strengthening nursing intervention can improve the nursing effect and improve the quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer during perioperative period.
