多层螺旋CT在肺脓肿诊断中的应用价值

摘要

目的：探讨多层螺旋CT在肺脓肿诊断中的应用价值。方法所有31例患者均行多层螺旋CT（MSCT）检查，必要时辅以多平面重组（MPR）。结果13例肺内呈斑片样、片样影，其内部分呈液性影；11例呈片样影，其内见空洞影；5例厚壁空洞，其内见液平；2例呈气液囊样影。结论典型肺脓肿CT诊断较易，不典型肺脓肿须与相关疾病鉴别，仔细观察，结合有效治疗，并多次CT检查进行比较，对肺脓肿诊断颇有益处。%Objective To study the diagnosis value of lung abscess by CT. Methods 31 cases of patients were examined by Multilayer spiral CT, and assisted with multiplanar restructuring when necessary.Results 13 cases were with locally patchy shadows, and assumed liquid inside. 11 cases were with patches, and assumed cavitary inside. 5 cases were with thick-walled cavitation, and assumed liquid flat inside. 2 cases were with cavity with air-lfuid. Conclusion It is easy to diagnose typical lung abscess by CT, for atypical pulmonary abscess diagnosis, we should consider many situation of patient's, including other related diseases and so on.
