一期阑尾切除术治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床效果评价

摘要

Objective To evaluate clinical effect of appendix resection in the treatment of patients with appendiceal abscess.Methods From February 2011 to January 2016, 60 cases of patients with appendicitis in our hospital were selected as the study object. All patients were treated with primary appendectomy, to observe and analyze the effect of clinical treatment. ResultsAll the 60 patients were treated by one stage appendectomy, body temperature returned to normal within 3 days after the operation, the blood in the postoperative recovery to the normal value range; Patients were followed up for half a year, there were only 2 elderly patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction, there were no other complications. Patients were hospitalized for 10 ~ 24 days, The average length of stay was (11.4 ± 0.6) days.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with peripheral abscess of appendix, a period of appendectomy has a significant clinical effect, early surgical treatment for patients, which can control the proliferation of inlfammation in time, effectively shorten the course of patients.%目的：评价一期阑尾切除术治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床效果。方法选择我院2011年2月～2016年1月收治的阑尾周围脓肿患者60例，全部患者均给予一期阑尾切除术治疗，对临床治疗效果进行观察分析。结果全部60例患者在经一期阑尾切除术治疗后，体温在术后3天内恢复正常，血常规也在术后恢复到正常值范围；术后对患者进行半年的随访，仅有2例年龄较大的患者出现粘连性肠梗阻，并没有出现其他并发症。患者住院时间为10～24天，平均住院时间为（11.4±0.6）天。结论在对阑尾周围脓肿患者进行治疗时，一期阑尾切除术具有显著的临床效果，对患者进行及早手术治疗，能及时控制炎症扩散，有效缩短患者病程。
