阿托伐他汀、辅酶Q10联合应用在治疗冠心病早期心功能减退中的效果分析

Objective To explore early cardiac dysfunction in patients with coronary heart disease and the clinical effect of Atorvastatin Combined with coenzyme Q10 therapy.Methods In our hospital from August 2014 to July 2016, 62 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were divided into study group and control group.Results In the treatment of patients in the study group, the total effective rate and the indexes of heart function were better than the control group, between group data in statistics, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse drug use in the study group was slightly lower than that in the control group, the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P > 0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin Combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with early cardiac function has signiifcant clinical effect.%目的：探究采用阿托伐他汀联合辅酶Q10治疗冠心病早期心功能减退患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年8月～2016年7月收治的62例冠心病患者，按入院时间分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用阿托伐他汀联合辅酶Q10治疗，对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗有效率、用药不良反应以及治疗后的心功能指标。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率和心功能指标均优于对照组，两组数据对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组用药不良发生率略低于对照组，两组对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论采用阿托伐他汀联合辅酶Q10治疗冠心病早期心功能减退患者的临床效果显著。
