2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变情况与血清YKL-40水平的关系

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship between coronary artery disease and serum YKL-40 level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 110 patients who received coronary angiography in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results (1) The serum YKL-40 of type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease group was higher than that of the other two groups (P < 0.05). (2) Gensini score of type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease was the highest among three groups (P < 0.05).ConclusionIn type 2 diabetic patients with coronary heart disease and the severity of coronary artery lesion and serum YKL-40 level has signiifcant correlation, while the clinical as the index evaluation in type 2 diabetic patients is an important indicator of coronary artery disease.%目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变情况与血清YKL-40水平间的关系。方法选取我院收治的110例接受冠状动脉造影患者的临床资料，回顾性分析临床资料。结果（1）2型糖尿病合并冠心病组的血清YKL-40高于另外两组，对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（2）三组中，2型糖尿病合并冠心病组的Gensini评分最高，对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的冠脉病变严重程度与其血清YKL-40水平具有明显相关性，临床可将该指标作为评估2型糖尿病病患冠状动脉病变情况的重要指标。
