目的：研究二次剖宫产术中用腰硬膜外联合麻醉与持续硬膜外麻醉的效果。方法抽取我院2015年5月～2016年5月接收的二次剖宫产病例，共计68例。采用电脑随机盲法原理，将68例病例分成A、B两组，每组均34例。A组予以腰硬膜外联合麻醉，B组予以持续硬膜外麻醉。观察并比较两组的麻醉效果。结果 A组麻醉起效时间与麻醉阻滞完善时间短于B组，两组对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。A组麻醉有效率高于B组，两组对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论利用腰硬膜外联合麻醉法对二次剖宫产术者进行麻醉，可显著提升麻醉效果。%Objective To study the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia in the second cesarean section.Methods A total of 68 cases of women with cesarean section were selected in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016, two cases were selected. Using the principle of computer random blind method, 68 cases were divided into A, B two groups, 34 cases in each group. Group A was combined with epidural anesthesia, and group B was given continuous epidural anesthesia. Observe and compare the effect of anesthesia in the two groups.Results The onset time of anesthesia and the improvement time of anesthesia block in A group were signiifcantly shorter than that of group B, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). The A group was signiifcantly higher than that of the B group. The difference was statistically signiifcant between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of combined spinal epidural anesthesia for two cesarean section anesthesia, which can signiifcantly enhance the effect of anesthesia.
