探讨地佐辛联合瑞芬太尼在小儿快通道心脏麻醉术后镇痛的临床效果

摘要

目的：本文就地佐辛联合瑞芬太尼在小儿快通道心脏麻醉术后的镇痛效果进行分析。方法选择2015年3月~2016年2月在接受手术治疗的先天性心脏病患儿60例，分为两组。分别使用瑞芬太尼药物和地佐辛联合瑞芬太尼，对比两组患儿的术后镇痛效果。结果实验组患者的术后各项评分均低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论在小儿快通道心脏麻醉法中，应用地佐辛联合瑞芬太尼术后镇痛效果良好。%Objective To analyze the local dezocine combined with remifentanil in fast track cardiac anesthesia analgesia in children after operation.Methods 60 cases of congenital heart disease were divided into two groups from March 2015 to February 2016, in the treatment of congenital heart disease. Using remifentanil drugs and dezocine combined with remifentanil, the analgesic effect of the two groups were compared after operation.Results The scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In fast track cardiac anesthesia method in application to the analgesic effect of dezocine combined with remifentanil were good.
