血小板检测参数在糖尿病血管并发症中的检测价值

摘要

Objective To investigate the value of detecting platelet parameters in diabetic vascular complications.Methods Select 2 patients with type 200 diabetes in our hospital, of which type 2 diabetes mellitus without vascular complications group (observation group) 154 cases, vascular complications group (control group) 46 cases, the two groups were given routine blood glucose detection and platelet parameter monitoring.ResultsThere was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05), but the two groups of PLT, MPV, PCT and PDW comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionMonitoring changes in the four parameters of platelet can help to determine whether there are vascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes, the monitoring of diabetic vascular complications is of great value.%目的：探讨血小板检测参数在糖尿病血管并发症中的检测价值。方法选择在我院诊治的2型糖尿病患者200例，其中2型糖尿病无血管并发症组（观察组）154例，有血管并发症组（对照组）46例，两组都给予常规血糖检测与血小板检测参数监测。结果观察组与对照组的空腹血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但是两组的PLT、MPV、PCT与PDW比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论监测血小板四项参数的变化可以帮助判断2型糖尿病患者是否存在血管并发症，对糖尿病血管并发症的监控有很好的价值。
