目的：观察分析亚胺培南/西司他丁对重症肺炎降阶梯治疗的临床效果。方法选取106例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象，分为Y组和U组，各53例，Y组采用亚胺培南/西司他丁降阶梯治疗，U组采用常规的抗生素药物治疗，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、病菌清除率、住院时间以及不良反应发生率。结果 Y组的治疗效果、病菌清除率均高于U组，住院时间以及不良反应发生率均低于U组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用亚胺培南/西司他丁降阶梯治疗重症肺炎疗效显著，病菌清除率高，无不良反应发生。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of imipenem / cilastatin Deescalation therapy on severe pneumonia.Methods 106 cases of severe pneumonia patients were selected as research subjects, divided into Y group and U group, each of 53 cases, group Y was treated with imipenem / cilastatin deescalation therapy, the U group was treated with conventional antibiotics, the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed, the effect of treatment, the rate of bacterial clearance, hospital stay and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed.ResultsThe treatment effect and bacterial clearance rate of Y group were higher than that of U group, the hospitalization time and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than that of U group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe imipenem / cilastatin reduced efficacy ladder in treatment of severe pneumonia signiifcantly, bacteria clearance rate, no adverse reaction.
