目的：探讨抗生素联合妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎的应用价值。方法选取我院就诊的子宫内膜炎患者268例，随机分为观察组（常规治疗+妇科千金片）和对照组（常规治疗），各134例，对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率91.04%高于对照组总有效率65.67%（P＜0.05）。观察组月经恢复正常率高于对照组（P＜0.05），阴道不规则出血率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论抗生素联合妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎效果显著，可以有效改善患者临床症状。%Objective To explore the application value of antibiotics combined with Fukeqianjin tablets in the treatment of endometritis. Methods 268 patients were selected in our hospital for treatment of endometritis were randomly divided into observation group (conventional therapy + Fukeqianjin tablets) and control group (routine treatment), 134 cases in each, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.04% higher than that of the control group 65.67% (P<0.05). The normal rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), The rate of irregular vaginal bleeding was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Antibiotics combined with Fukeqianjin tablets in the treatment of endometritis effect signiifcantly, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
