雅培i2000化学发光分析仪检测HCV抗体的假阳性分析

摘要

目的：对雅培i2000化学发光分析仪检测HCV抗体假阳性的相关分析。方法2013年1月～2014年6月我院对22849例接受雅培i2000化学发光分析仪进行HCV抗体检测的患者进行了研究。结果全部患者的血清检测结果有131例为阳性，根据HCV-RNA确诊后，共有阳性病例110例，阴性病例21例。结论使用雅培i2000化学发光分析仪进行HCV抗体检测，其假阳率比较高，需要根据相关资料进行结果确认，综合判断。%Objective To detect HCV antibody luminometer false positive correlation analysis by i2000 chemical.Methods 2 2849 accept Abbott i2000 chemical luminescence analyzer for HCV antibody detection were studied in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014.ResultsAll the patients were positive, 131 cases were positive, according to the HCV-RNA diagnosis, there were 110 cases of positive cases, 21 cases were negative. Conclusion Using the Abbott i2000 chemiluminescence analyzer for HCV antibody detection, the false positive rate is relatively high, clinical diagnosis and need to according to the relevant data to conifrm the results and comprehensive judgment.
