食管癌术后吻合口狭窄患者的临床护理分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing esophageal anastomotic stenosis patients.Methods 60 cases of extraction for the study in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer surgery from January 2015 to January 2016 during the hospital anastomotic stenosis in its implementation of clinical nursing intervention to assess its cure rate, recurrence and psychological care before and after state changes.Results The group of 60 patients were cured, the cure rate is 100.0%, and there were no recurrence, care after the HAMD score, HAMA scores were signiifcantly lower than before treatment (P<0.01).ConclusionPatients with esophageal anastomotic stricture implementation of clinical nursing intervention clinical effects are, the cure rate is high, and avoid relapse, and can signiifcantly improve the patient's mental state, it is worth learning from.%目的：探讨食管癌术后吻合口狭窄患者的临床护理效果。方法选取我院2015年1月～2016年1月诊治的食管癌术后吻合口狭窄患者60例作为研究对象，对其实施临床护理干预，评估其治愈率、复发情况以及护理前后心理状态变化。结果本组60例患者全部治愈出院，治愈率是100.0%，且均无复发现象，护理后的HAMD评分、HAMA评分均明显低于护理前（P＜0.01）。结论对食管癌术后吻合口狭窄患者实施临床护理干预的临床效果肯定，治愈率高，且可避免复发，并能显著改善患者心理状态，值得借鉴。
