使用双腔导管置管血液净化患者的护理探讨

摘要

Objective To discuss the nursing of catheterization with double-lumen catheter in blood puriifcation patients.Methods50 cases of patients received blood puriifcation with catheterization with double-lumen catheter were selected, and randomly divided into observation group (n=25) and control group (n=25); The observation group were given catheter care, the control group were given routine care.ResultsThe preservation time of catheters in observation group was signiifcantly longer compared with control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications was signiifcantly lower compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion While using double-lumen catheters for blood puriifcation, catheter care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and prolong preservation time of catheters, with a high clinical value.%目的：探讨使用双腔导管置管血液净化患者的护理。方法选择在我院选择行双腔导管置管血液净化的50例患者，将患者随机分为观察组（n=25）和对照组（n=25），给予观察组患者置管护理，给予对照组常规护理。结果观察组置管时间与对照组相比明显较长，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症发生率与对照组相比明显较低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论双腔导管置管血液净化时，采取导管护理能有效减少患者并发症发生率，延长患者置管时间，临床运用价值高。
