无保护会阴接生在阴道分娩中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨无保护会阴接生在临床阴道分娩中的应用。方法选取2015年4月～2016年4月在本院产科分娩的孕妇共200例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各100例，观察组采用无保护会阴接生，对照组采用传统的保护会阴接生，将两组产妇在会阴裂伤、接生舒适度及产妇满意度等方面的情况进行比较。结果观察组会阴损伤程度、产妇满意度及舒适度与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论无保护会阴接生在接生人员助产技术保障的前提下，减轻会阴裂伤程度及助产士工作负担，提高病人满意度，优于传统的保护会阴接生，更有助于保障产妇安全，提高产科质量。%Objective To analyze the application of perineum unprotected delivering technology in viginal delivery.Methods 200 cases of pregnant women were chose in the hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The observation group received perineum unprotected delivering technology, and the control group received traditional perineum protected delivering technology. Comparison of the perineum situation, the women comfortable of delivery, and the satisfaction of women between the two groups.Results The degree of perineal damage, the women comfortable of delivery, and the satisfaction of pregnant women were satistically significant between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Perineum unprotected delivering technology applied in pregnant women reduced the degree of perineal damage, the burden of midwifes, and improved the satisfaction of pregnant women. The perineum unprotected delivering technology was prior to the traditional protected delivering, kept pregnant women’s safety, and raised the obstetrics quality.
