全程护理干预对腮腺混合瘤术后并发症的作用探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of whole course nursing intervention on postoperative complications of parotid mixed tumor. Methods40 cases of mixed tumor of parotid gland in our hospital were selected, treated time in March 2012 to April 2014, patients with parotid mixed tumor were randomly divided into two groups (observation group and control group). Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care. Patients in the observation group were treated with whole course nursing intervention.Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 20% in the observation group. The incidence of complications was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Mixed tumor of parotid gland in patients with whole course nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.%目的：探讨全程护理干预对腮腺混合瘤术后并发症的作用。方法选取我院腮腺混合瘤患者40例，收治时间在2012年3月～2014年4月，并将腮腺混合瘤患者随机分为两组（观察组和对照组），对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用全程护理干预。结果观察组患者护理后并发症发生率20.00%，低于对照组并发症发生率，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论给予腮腺混合瘤患者采用全程护理干预，能有效减少术后并发症发生率。
