人性化服务在儿科急诊输液患儿护理中的应用探索

     

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized service in pediatric emergency infusion in pediatric nursing.Methods 200 cases of emergency infusion of children were randomly divided into two groups, the control group used conventional methods, the observation group was given humanized service to create good environment of venous transfusion. The contrast-time success rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The contrast-time success rate of the observation group (95%) was signiifcantly higher than the control group (81%), and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of observation group (96%) was signiifcantly higher than that of control group (82%), and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized service in pediatric emergency infusion in pediatric emergency care can promote the smooth progress of the infusion, and it is of great signiifcance to improve the quality of nursing.%目的:探讨人性化服务在儿科急诊输液患儿护理中的应用效果。方法对200例急诊输液患儿进行随机分组,对照组使用传统方法,观察组则是安排积极的人性化服务,营造出较优良的输液环境,两组护理满意度、的一次性穿刺成功率比较。结果一次性穿刺成功率:观察组为95%,对照组为81%,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度96%,对照组为82%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化服务在儿科急诊输液患儿护理中的运用能促进患儿输液的顺利进行,对有效提高护理质量具有重要的意义。
