椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床疗效

摘要

目的：研究分析椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的效果。方法98例骨质疏松性的脊柱骨质患者随机均分为观察组和对照组，各49名，观察组采用椎体后凸成形术进行治疗，对照组采用传统保守的治疗方式。结果治疗后，与对照组相比，观察组的患者疼痛程度下降，后凸Cobb角减小，活动功能恢复情况以及伤椎前中柱椎体高度升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论椎体后凸成形术可以降低患者的疼痛程度，提高椎体高度，减小了Cobb角。%Objective To study the effect of the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture with the treatment of vertebral body.Methods 98 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with the treatment of vertebral body, and the control group was treated with traditional conservative treatment.ResultsAfter treatment, compared with the control group, observation group patients and decreased pain levels, after Cobb angle decreases, function recovery and vertebral column vertebral height increased, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The results can decrease the degree of pain, increase the height of vertebral body, and reduce the Cobb angle.
