翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C术后巩膜融解临床分析

摘要

Objective The study of pterygium excision combined with mitomycin C in the operation of scleral melting after occurrence causes, treatment methods, treatment and prevention.Methods20 cases (20 eyes) underwent pterygium excision combined with mitomycin C and postoperative found scleral melting after steroid eye drops, to switch to non hormonal antibiotic eye drops, eye ammonia peptide eye drops, shellfish complex comfortable eye ointment, the open eye drops, until completely repair.Results All the patients were cured with conservative treatment. Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with mitomycin C (MMC) can reduce the recurrence rate after surgery, but in operation should minimize the local tissue cauterization, MMC concentration and action time should be carefully selected, to ensure that the local blood supply, prevention of scleral melting.%目的：探讨翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C术后巩膜融解发生的原因、治疗方法、疗效及预防。方法选取20例（20眼）均行翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C，术后发现巩膜融解后停用激素类眼液，改用非激素类抗生素滴眼液，眼氨肽滴眼液、贝复舒眼膏，上述开放点眼，直至完全修复。结果所有患者均药物保守治愈，巩膜外观平整。结论翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C（MMC）可降低手术后复发率，但在术中应尽量减少局部组织的烧灼，MMC的浓度及作用时间上应慎重选择，以保证局部的血液供应，预防巩膜融解的发生。
