评价注射用兰索拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡出血疗效

摘要

目的：评价分析注射用兰索拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡出血临床疗效。方法将我院2013年1月~2015年1月收治十二指肠溃疡出血患者156例作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和常规组，每组78例。常规组服用奥美拉唑钠治疗，治疗组注射兰索拉唑治疗，对比观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组临床有效率97.4%，高于常规组有效率82.1%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者止血时间相比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗期间发生不良反应人数相比，差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对于十二指肠溃疡流血患者运用注射用兰索拉唑治疗，显著提升临床效果，安全性高。%Objective Evaluation of clinical efficacy of the treatment of duodenal ulcer bleeding Lansoprazole for Injection.Methods Selected in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, 156 patients with duodenal ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into the treatment group and the conventional group, 78 cases in each group. The conventional group received omeprazole sodium treatment, the treatment group was injected with lansoprazole treatment, compared clinical curative effect of two groups.Results The treatment group clinical efficiency 97.4% was significantly higher than that of routine group 82.1% efficiency, the difference has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05), two groups of patients stop bleeding time compared the difference was not signiifcant (P>0.05). During the treatment period occurred in the number of adverse reaction compared to the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05). Conclusion For duodenal ulcer bleeding patients with injection treatment with lansoprazole, signiifcantly improve the clinical effect, high safety patients with important application value.
