温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗颅脑外伤后眩晕的疗效观察

摘要

Objective For craniocerebral trauma patients with vertigo, and discuss the implementation of the wendan decoction combined with banxia baizhu tianma decoction treatment effect, to provide reference and guidance for the future clinical treatment.Methods 30 cases of vertigo after craniocerebral trauma in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 in were selected as the research object, the method of using the lottery was randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated with routine treatment of Western medicine, observation group application of wendan decoction banxia baizhu tianma decoction treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Resultsthe total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,higher than that of the control group 66.7%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionWendan decoction combined with banxia baizhu tianma decoction in treating effect and reliable, can effectively relieve the vertigo symptoms and discomfort and probability of recurrence is low.%目的：针对颅脑外伤后眩晕患者，讨论实施温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤的治疗效果，为日后的临床治疗提供参考与指导。方法选择我院于2014年1月~2016年1月收治的颅脑外伤后眩晕患者30例为研究对象，应用抽签的方法，随机划分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者应用西医常规治疗；观察组应用温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤进行治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为100.0%，高于对照组的66.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗效果可靠，可有效缓解患者的眩晕症状和不适感，且复发概率较低。
