等离子低温射频消融术联合鼻内镜对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎采用等离子低温射频消融术联合鼻内镜治疗的效果。方法将108例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者随机分为研究组（等离子低温射频消融术+鼻内镜）与对照组（单纯鼻内镜），对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后1个月、1年，研究组临床有效率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论慢性鼻-鼻窦炎采用等离子低温射频消融术联合鼻内镜治疗的效果显著。%Objective To investigate the effect of plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with nasal endoscopic treatment in patients with chronic nasal sinusitis.Methods 108 cases of chronic nasal sinusitis were randomly divided into study group (low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation and nasal endoscopy) and control group (two cases), and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After 1 months and 1 years after treatment, the clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic nasal sinusitis by plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with nasal endoscopic sinus surgery is signiifcant.
