中药方剂醒脑救神汤对高血压脑出血软通道穿刺血肿引流术后患者恢复的影响

摘要

Objective Influence of Chinese proprietary xingnao jiushen soup in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage hematoma puncture drainage channel soft postoperative recovery.Methods Hospital patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and take soft hematoma puncture drainage channel, sub-conventional treatment with traditional Chinese medicine prescription to xingnao jiushen soup refreshing treatment groups. Analysis of neurologic impairment score before and after treatment in both groups (CCSS),the Scandinavian Stroke Scale(SSS) to improve the situation.ResultsAfter treatment, both groups CCS score and SSS scores were improved compared with before treatment, the experimental group two ratings higher than improve the situation.Conclusion Before hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients with soft hematoma puncture drainage channel given prescription medicine refreshing xingnao jiushen soup signiifcant effect.%目的：探析中药方剂醒脑救神汤在高血压脑出血软通道穿刺血肿引流术后患者恢复的影响。方法选取我院高血压脑出血并采取软通道穿刺血肿引流术的患者，分常规治疗（对照组）与中药方剂醒脑救神汤治疗（实验组）两组。分析两组治疗前后的神经功能缺损程度的评分（CCSS）、斯堪的纳维亚卒中量表评分（SSS）改善的情况。结果治疗后，两组CCS评分与SSS评分与治疗前相比均有改善，实验组的两组评分改善情况高于对照组。结论在高血压脑出血患者行软通道穿刺血肿引流术前给予中药方剂醒脑救神汤的疗效显著。
