分析早产儿营养状况及探讨营养补充措施

摘要

Objective To analyze the nutritional status of preterm infants and to explore the intervention measures of nutritional supplementation. Methods 70 premature infants were collected, and the normal group was given normal nutrition. The nutrition intervention was implemented in the delayed group.Results The daily body mass growth of the normal group was significantly higher than that of the delay group, while the normal group of breast milk need less, the level of the normal group was significantly higher than that of the slow group.Conclusion The growth retardation is common in premature infants, and it can improve the growth rate and help the healthy growth of the growth rate.%目的：分析早产儿营养状态及探讨营养补充干预措施。方法收集早产儿70名，对正常组给予正常营养，对迟缓组实施强化营养干预。结果正常组出生后每日体质量增长较迟缓组多，同时正常组母乳需要量较迟缓组需要量少，正常组球蛋白水平高于迟缓组。结论早产儿出现生长迟缓现象较为常见，对其实施针对性营养强化干预，能够提高生长发育速度，帮助健康成长。
