目的：探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病的疗效。方法选择我院2013年4月～2015年11月收治的老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者80例为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组给予氨氯地平，观察组给予缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后，观察组患者血压下降趋势高于对照组，观察组患者微量尿白蛋白排泄率及24 h蛋白定量均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病的临床效果显著，有助于改善血压水平。%Objective To discuss the effect of agedness with essential hypertension complicated diabetes mellitus treated by valsartan combines amlodipine.Methods 80 cases of ageneses patients with essential hypertension complicated diabetes mellitus were selected in our hospital from the April 2013 to November 2015 as the object of study, to randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group.
