舍曲林与盐酸氯米帕明治疗强迫症的疗效比较

摘要

目的：观察舍曲林与盐酸氯米帕明治疗强迫症的效果。方法随机将82例强迫症患者平均分为两组，每组41例患者。观察组给予舍曲林，对照组给予盐酸氯米帕明，比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、不良反应发生率等指标明显优于对照组（P＜0.05)。结论舍曲林治疗强迫症效果理想。%Objective To observe the effect of sertraline and clomipramine hydrochloride in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder effect. Methods 82 cases of patients were divided into two groups, 41 cases in each group. Observation group was used by sertraline, and control group was used by clomipramine hydrochloride, comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of observation group were signiifcantly better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of sertraline in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder is ideal.
