目的：探讨乌司他丁在老年急性坏死性胰腺炎治疗中的应用价值。方法从我院就诊的急性坏死性胰腺炎老年患者中选取90例，将90例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例，对照组予以常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上予以乌司他丁治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组的治疗效果及不良反应均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论对于老年急性坏死性胰腺炎患者使用乌司他丁治疗，效果显著，不良反应少。%Objective To investigate the effect of ulinastatin in elderly patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis. Methods From my hospital for treatment of acute necrotizing pancreatitis in elderly patients with a total of 90 cases, 90 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group (45 cases) and the control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group in the conventional treatment based on ulinastatin D treatment, compared two groups of patients the treatment effect and adverse reactions. Results In the observation group, the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Elderly patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis patients using Ulinastatin for treatment, the effect is remarkable, and adverse reaction is little.
