维生素C联合阿托伐他汀钙对维持性血液透析患者血脂水平与微炎症状态的影响

摘要

目的：探讨维生素C联合阿托伐他汀钙对血液透析患者血脂水平与微炎症状态的影响。方法选择90例血液透析患者，随机分为A、B、C三组各30例，其中A组给予维生素C干预，B组给予阿托伐他汀钙干预，C组给予维生素C联合阿托伐他汀钙干预，比较三组患者治疗3个月血脂水平与微炎症状态。结果（1）三组治疗前hs-CRP、IL-6、Leptin水平，比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后hs-CRP、IL-6、Leptin水平：C组＜B组＜A组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（2）三组治疗前hs-CRP、IL-6、Leptin水平，比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后hs-CRP、IL-6、Leptin水平：C组＜B组＜A组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论维生素C联合阿托伐他汀钙干预血液透析患者可有效降低血脂水平，改善微炎症状态。%Objective To investigate the impact of Vitamin C combined with atorvastatin calcium on maintenance hemodialysis patients for lipid levels and microinlfammation.
