72例小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭急诊治疗的临床护理研究

摘要

Objective To analyze the course of treatment of children with pneumonia and complications of heart failure, the impact of nursing interventions on the therapeutic effect. Methods A random sampling method, in my hospital for treatment of pneumonia and heart failure with a sick child select 72 cases, all sick children are adopted emergency treatment, the sick children were divided into experimental group and control group 36 the experimental group received quality care measures, control group received routine care measures, compared to the effect of two sick child care and parental satisfaction. Results The experimental group of sick child care total effective rate was significantly higher in the sick children (P<0.05), Parental satisfaction was signiifcantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion In the emergency treatment of children with pneumonia and its complications, heart failure, high-quality care, can improve the treatment of pneumonia and accelerate the disease better, and signiifcantly improve parental satisfaction.%目的：探讨分析小儿肺炎以及心力衰竭并发症的治疗过程中，护理干预的对治疗效果的影响。方法采用随机抽样法，在我院接受治疗的肺炎并带有心力衰竭的患儿中选取72例，所有的患儿都采用急诊治疗，将患儿平均分为实验组和对照组，每组各36例，实验组采用优质的护理措施，对照组采用常规的护理措施，对比两组患儿的护理效果和家长满意度。结果实验组的患儿护理总有效率显著高于对照组的患儿，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。家长满意度也显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在小儿肺炎以及其并发症心力衰竭的急诊治疗过程中，采用优质的护理措施，可以提高肺炎治疗效果，加快病情的好转，并显著提高家长满意度。
