Objective To analyze the effect of plastic surgery in the repair of small area deep burns. Methods In our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 hand treated 160 cases of orthopedic surgery patients needs to be implemented, within 10 days after injury, giving the early plastic repair, and at the same time injury after surgical repair of 110 patients compared compared to two kinds of patients with short-term and long-term curative effect. Results The excellent rate of treatment group was 95.3%, the control group was 78.2%, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). During past of one year long-term follow-up, 1 patients in the study group had no obvious scar hyperplasia. In the control group, there were 20 cases of obvious scar hyperplasia, two cases were given operation, the rate of scar hyperplasia was 14.7%, and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with deep burn of the hand, the plastic surgery technique is adopted to repair, which can reach the good quality effect, is beneficial to the function recovery.%目的：临床分析整形外科技术在小面积深度烧伤修复中的效果。方法选取我院2015年3月~2016年3月收治的160例需实施整形外科手术的患者，在伤后10 d 内，给予早期整形修复，和同期伤后手术修复的110例患者比较，对比两种患者的近期疗效和远期疗效。结果研究组治疗优良率95.3%，对照组治疗优良率78.2%，两组对比存在差异（P ＜0.05）。在远期随访过程中，研究组手术区域，未发生1例瘢痕增生。对照组出现20例瘢痕增生，需给予二次手术，瘢痕增生率14.7%，两组对比存在明显差异（P ＜0.05）。结论针对手部深度烧伤患者，采用整形外科技术修复，可达到良好质量效果，有利于功能恢复。
