妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的致病原因分析

摘要

目的：研究并分析妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的致病原因。方法将我院2013年2月~2014年4月收治的28例手术切口子宫内膜异位症患者纳入本研究，对其资料进行回顾性分析，统计妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的致病原因与手术方式。结果手术治疗结束后，本组28例患者的病情均得到有效的控制，8例会阴侧切口异位症患者与20例腹壁切口异位症患者均治愈，治疗有效率为100%。结论关于妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症发生原因还不明确，但是需要注意到几项影响因素，在开展妇产科手术时，医护人员必须要保护好患者子宫内膜与会阴位置，提升手术安全性，降低子宫内膜异位症的发生率。%Objective To study and analyze the cause of the disease in obstetrics and gynecology operation incision endometriosis.
