目的：探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术对胆结石的治疗效果。方法选择2014年3月～2016年1月我院收治的胆结石患者84例作为此次研究对象，所有患者随机分为对照组与治疗组，对照组实施传统开腹胆囊切除术治疗，治疗组实施腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗。结果治疗组手术时间、肛门排气时间以及住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组临床总有效率是95.23%；对照组临床总有效率是78.57%，组间临床治疗效果对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胆结石采用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗具有显著治疗效果，患者所受手术创伤小，术后恢复快。%Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones. Methods 84 cases of patients with gallstones were chosen as the research object from March 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital, all of the patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, control group the traditional open cholecystectomy treatment, treatment group of the implementation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results The treatment group operation time, anus exhaust time and hospital stay were signiifcantly less than the control group (P<0.05). Clinical treatment group total effective rate is 95.23%. Control group clinical total effective rate is 78.57%, clinical treatment effect comparison exists significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones has a significant therapeutic effect, the patients suffered less surgical trauma, postoperative recovery.
