三维适形放疗同步化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效评价

摘要

目的：探索三维适形放疗同步化疗治疗中晚期食管癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院100例中晚期食管癌患者，并平均分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用单纯三维适形放疗治疗，观察组采用三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗。结果观察组和对照组两组患者，治疗后的临床症状恢复率、局控率、生存率、不良反应发生率均存在差异（P＜0.05）。结论三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗中晚期食管癌患者效果显著。%Objective To explore the clinical efifcacy of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 100 cases of middle and advanced esophageal cancer patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy, and the observation group was treated with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy. Results Two groups of patients in the observation group and the control group, the recovery rate of clinical symptoms, local control rate, survival rate, incidence of adverse reactions were different (P<0.05). Conclusion Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer has a signiifcant effect.
