目的：探讨脊髓损伤（SCI）截瘫患者康复期的护理措施，为今后的护理工作提供参考。方法选择2015年1～12月收治的72例SCI截瘫患者作为研究样本，采用便利抽样法将其平均分为对照组与观察组，各36例，对照组住院期间给予常规护理干预，观察组在常规护理的基础上开展心理护理、体位护理、康复训练以及并发症护理等护理措施，对比两组的平均住院时间以及并发症发生率。结果（1）观察组的平均住院时间为（14.47±5.31）d，观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（2）住院期间观察组共发生腹胀3例、便秘2例，并发症发生率为13.88%；对照组中共发生腹胀6例、便秘4例，尿路感染1例，褥疮1例，并发症发生率为33.33%；观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过在SCI截瘫患者康复期内开展针对性的护理措施，能够控制并发症的发生，缩短住院时间，提高护理质量。%Objective To explore the nursing measures for patients with paraplegia in spinal cord injury (SCI) in order to provide reference for nursing work in the future. Methods 72 patients with SCI paraplegia patients were selected as the research sample from January to December 2015, using convenience sampling method will be divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each, the control group during hospitalization were given routine nursing intervention, observation group on the basis of routine nursing care to carry out psychological care, body care, rehabilitation training and nursing care of the complications of nursing measures, compared to two groups of average hospitalization time and complications incidence. Results (1) The average length of stay in the observation group was (14.47±5.31) d, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). (2) During hospitalization in the observation group total abdominal distention in 3 cases, 2 cases of constipation, the complication rate was 13.88%, control group there were 6 cases of abdominal distention, constipation in 4 cases, urinary infection in 1 case, 1 cases of bedsore, complication rate was 33.33%, observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In the rehabilitation period of SCI patients with paraplegia to carry out targeted nursing measures, can signiifcantly control the occurrence of complications, shorten hospital stay, improve the quality of nursing.
